By accessing or using Core Cognitics services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

02Our Services

Core Cognitics provides Artificial Intelligence solutions, intelligent automation, conversational AI, voice agents, custom software development, APIs, cloud solutions, consulting, implementation, support, and related technology services.

03Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

04User Accounts

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

05Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
• Upload malicious software or malware.
• Interfere with or disrupt Service availability.
• Reverse engineer our proprietary software except where permitted by law.
• Use our AI services to create illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload our systems.

06Intellectual Property

All software, source code, trademarks, logos, documentation, designs, graphics, and website content are owned by Core Cognitics or its licensors unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of intellectual property to Users.

07Customer Data

• You retain ownership of the information you submit.
• You grant Core Cognitics the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and analyze your data solely to provide the requested Services.
• You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such data.

08AI Services

• AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before being relied upon.
• Customers remain responsible for validating AI outputs.
• Unless expressly agreed in writing, Core Cognitics does not use confidential customer content to train proprietary AI models.
• Third-party AI providers may be used where contractually necessary to deliver Service functionality.

09Payments

Fees, billing schedules, taxes, refunds, and subscription terms are governed by the applicable order form, quotation, statement of work, or service agreement between you and Core Cognitics.

10Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable, highly available Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and unexpected outages may occur.

11Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice.

12Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except as expressly agreed in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Cognitics disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may suspend or terminate your access where these Terms are violated, where you engage in unlawful activity, where you fail to meet payment obligations, where required by law, or where continued access poses a security or operational risk.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws specified in the applicable customer agreement. Where no agreement specifies governing law, applicable local law will determine jurisdiction.
