User & Acceptable Use Policy

Applicable Product: Intelinteract Platform (including Web Widget, AI Voice & Chatbots, Studio, Edge Inference, Outbound Call/SMS Automation, and API Integration Services)

01Purpose and Scope

This User & Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs access to and use of all software, platforms, AI models, voice engines, widgets, and services provided by Core Cognitics, including the Intelinteract platform (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy applies to all customers, enterprise administrators, agents, end-users, and website visitors ("Users" or "You"). By deploying the Intelinteract widget, accessing Core Cognitics platforms, or interacting with our voice/chatbot engines, you agree to comply with this Policy.

02Prohibited Content

You may not generate, upload, transmit, store, or distribute any content using the Intelinteract platform or Core Cognitics Services that falls into any of the following prohibited categories:

2.1 Child Safety and Exploitation

Content containing, promoting, or facilitating Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE). Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement authorities.
Cyberbullying, harassment, or age-inappropriate content targeted at minors.

2.2 Unsupervised Healthcare & Medical Misrepresentation

Intelinteract Usage Notice: The Intelinteract platform is designed as an AI frontline agent to handle patient inquiries, answer practice FAQs, automate appointment scheduling, and transfer complex calls to live support teams.
Prohibition: Users must not configure or instruct Intelinteract AI agents to provide official medical diagnoses, prescribe medication, issue clinical treatment decisions, or handle emergency medical triage without real-time qualified human oversight. Users must explicitly disclaim medical advice in AI patient interactions.

2.3 Deceptive Voice Cloning and Impersonation

Generating synthetic voice audio or impersonating individuals without their explicit, verifiable written consent.
Creating deepfakes, spoofing caller ID headers, or misleading callers regarding the identity of the calling entity or AI voice agent.

2.4 Fraud, Financial Scams, and Identity Theft

Executing phishing, social engineering, financial fraud, impersonation of financial institutions or government agencies, or fraudulent debt collection.
Harvesting financial records, passwords, or sensitive personal credentials under false pretenses.

2.5 Illegal Goods, Services, and Regulated Activities

Promoting, selling, or facilitating illegal drugs, controlled substances, firearms, unauthorized gambling, or illegal pharmaceuticals.
Facilitating activities that violate intellectual property, privacy, or trade secret laws.

2.6 Election Misinformation and Democratic Process Interference

Generating content designed to mislead voters regarding voting procedures, polling locations, candidate credentials, or election results.
Deploying un-disclosed AI voice calls or messages to sway elections or conduct political campaigning in violation of election laws.

2.7 Hate Speech, Violence, and Extremism

Promoting violence, terrorism, self-harm, suicide, or hate speech targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, or veteran status.
Stalking, harassing, threatening, or intimidation of any person.

03Prohibited Uses of the Services

When using the Services, You shall not:

Non-Consensual Communication: Initiate automated voice calls, predictive dialing, or SMS campaigns without obtaining prior express written consent in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable telecommunications laws (see our TCPA & Telecommunications Compliance Policy).
Reverse Engineering & Model Theft: Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, extract model weights, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of Core Cognitics' proprietary models, Intelinteract widgets, or Edge Inference control planes.
Competitive Model Training: Use the Services, API outputs, synthetic voice streams, or interaction logs to build, train, benchmark, or fine-tune competing artificial intelligence, machine learning, or voice synthesis models.
Standalone Resale of Outputs: Sell, lease, license, or commercially redistribute standalone synthetic audio files, sound effects, or voice assets generated by the Services.
System Scraping & Abuse: Employ automated bots, scrapers, spidering tools, or data mining software to extract content or patient data from the Services outside authorized API boundaries.
Bypassing Security Controls: Attempt to breach, probe, test the vulnerability of, or circumvent authentication controls, rate limits, or safety filters of the Intelinteract platform.
Unauthorized Reselling: Resell, sublicense, or rent access to the Intelinteract admin console or API keys to unauthorized third parties without a formal partnership agreement with Core Cognitics.

04User Responsibilities

Transparency & Disclosures: You must ensure that callers and website visitors interacting with Intelinteract are clearly informed at the beginning of the interaction that they are speaking with or chatting with an AI assistant.
Recording Consents: You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable call recording and wiretapping laws (e.g., federal and state two-party consent laws) when call recording features are enabled.
Account Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding admin login credentials and API keys associated with your Intelinteract deployment.

05Monitoring and Enforcement

5.1 Automated Auditing & Oversight

Core Cognitics reserves the right to utilize automated tools, content analysis, and human review to monitor compliance with this Policy, detect abuse, and verify system integrity.

5.2 Remedial Actions

If Core Cognitics determines in its sole discretion that a violation of this Policy has occurred or is threatened, We reserve the right to take any of the following actions without prior notice:

Remove or block access to non-compliant content or prompts;
Suspend or restrict access to the Intelinteract widget, AI voice agents, or API endpoints;
Terminate the Customer account and Agreement for cause; and/or
Report unlawful conduct and disclose relevant interaction logs to law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies.

06Reporting Violations

If you discover any misuse of the Intelinteract platform or suspect a violation of this Policy, please report it immediately to:
