What changes
Traditional vs AI-embedded networks.
Indicative ranges from Core Cognitics telecom benchmarks. Results vary by operator, service and traffic mix.
New AI services
New revenue on the lines you already sell.
Operator-branded AI services for business and consumer customers, sold through your existing channels — with AI switched on per number, trunk or subscriber.

- PBX continuityIf a customer's PBX or site link fails, AI answers in the company's name and takes messages.
- Compliance recordingRecording, transcription and searchable storage for banks, insurers and healthcare providers.
- Live agent assist and whisperLive transcription, suggested answers and supervisor whisper for contact centres on your trunks.

For your consumers
AI services for mobile and fixed subscribers
- An AI agent for every numberAnswers the calls a subscriber can't take, takes a message and sends a summary by SMS — using the same diversion pattern as voicemail.
- AI call screening and scam shieldUnknown callers are asked who they are and why they're calling, then connected, sent to voicemail or blocked.
- AI assistant instead of voicemailA premium tier above voicemail that talks to the caller and captures the reason and urgency.
- Live captioning and translationReal-time captions and translation for accessibility and multilingual customers.

How it connects
Behind your SBC, inside your trust domain.
Powered by Core Cognitics AI Edge. Only AI-enabled calls reach the platform, IMS headers are preserved, and calls fail open to the normal path. Emergency calls are never routed to AI.
- 01Call controllerA routing rule sends AI-enabled numbers to the platform. No HSS, S-CSCF or SBC change.
- 02Enterprise SIP trunkAI per trunk or channel, without replacing the customer's PBX.
- 03IMS core (iFC)AI for any IMS subscriber, mobile or fixed, with fail-open default handling.
- 04SBC (SIPREC)Listen-only: a copy of the audio for analytics, never in the call path.
A low-risk path
From first insight to network-wide AI, one step at a time.
- Deep telecom expertise across signalling, IMS and carrier operations
- Network configuration only — no development on the operator's side
- Flexible commercial models: licensing, usage-based, white-label and revenue share

FAQ
Questions operators ask us.
What does an AI-embedded telecom network do?
It adds real-time AI to live voice traffic, so calls are understood as well as connected: intent, sentiment, business opportunity, compliance and churn risk are identified within seconds, and the next best action can be taken automatically.
Do we need to change our IMS core or SBC?
Not to start. The lightest integration uses a routing rule and a SIP trunk on your existing call controller, with no HSS, S-CSCF or SBC change. Listen-only analytics can start from an SBC SIPREC fork with no routing change at all.
What happens if the AI platform is unavailable?
Calls fail open. Route-advance on the call controller, or SESSION_CONTINUED default handling for iFC triggers, sends new calls on the normal path without AI. Emergency calls are never routed to AI.
Which services can we launch first?
Most operators start with AI insight on their own customer service, then pilot an AI receptionist, missed-call AI and PBX continuity on a small set of business numbers before launching packaged services to business customers.
Can every mobile subscriber get their own AI agent?
Yes. No-answer, busy and not-reachable diversions point to an AI number instead of voicemail. An agent is created from your template on the first diverted call, and the subscriber receives a summary by SMS.
Can the platform be deployed in our own data centre or region?
Yes. AI Edge can run at the network edge, on-premise, in private cloud or in a sovereign region, so subscriber data and summaries stay where your regulation requires.
